The Division of Academic Affairs engineers the academic operations of Mandl that affect course and degree offerings; it designs training, and development of credentialed faculty; and caters to the rigor and relevance of curricular and co-curricular needs of the students at large. Academic Affairs is the soul of the College and it is charged with achieving learning outcomes in each discipline, as evidenced through success rates in the Certification exams and placement in discipline-specific jobs. The division of academic affairs, above all, creates and promotes a success-driven collaborative culture, and more importantly, a culture of rapid problem-solving, individual attention, and innovation.
